Barbecue Sauce
Makes 2 cups
Ingredients
- 1/4 cup dark rum
- 1 cup rice wine vinegar
- 1/2 cup fresh squeezed orange juice
- 1/4 cup dark brown sugar
- 2 Tablespoons Thai chili sauce
- 1 Tablespoon fresh ginger, minced
- 1 Tablespoon lime juice
- 1 teaspoon dry hot mustard
Directions
Reduce rum by half over medium heat.
Add the rest of the ingredients.
Cook over medium-low heat for 30 minutes.
